Who we are?
Giordana Di Castro, born in Rome and moved to Israel at age 0f 19. She was dealing all her life with lifestyle, gourmet food, and wellness. As part of her wine and gourmet knowledge, she was also the importer of the Tazza D'Oro Cafe in Israel. She has been a consultant for wine importers and distributors companies and was the presenter of various boutique wineries worldwide.
She founded one of the country's wine import companies, ENOTECA, which was later sold to a group of leading importers in Israel.
She accompanied many groups of gourmet wine and kitchen professionals from Israel, across Italy and Spain to a deeper understanding of winemaking and kitchen secrets. Giordana's main occupation today is luxury real estate, and her office is located in central Tel Aviv. In meetings with customers and friends, the need and desire for food and wine tours at the highest level arose, which convinced Giordana to return to the field.
